Get started

  1. Install FolioPO and open it in Shopify admin. Choose a plan and approve it in Shopify.
  2. Open Products and sync your catalog. Use unique SKUs for reliable matching.
  3. Open Upload and select a customer purchase order. CSV, Excel and text PDF work on all plans; image and scanned PDF processing requires Growth or Pro. On your first upload, read and accept the Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy, including processing locations.
  4. Open Review orders. Check customer details, quantities, prices and each product match. Resolve uncertain lines and save your review before continuing.
  5. Create the draft and open it in Shopify admin. FolioPO creates a draft; it does not capture payment or fulfill an order.

Download sample CSV. For this sample, create test variants with SKUs FP-100, FP-200 and FP-300 before syncing. Use synthetic customer information for testing.

Plans and allowance

Starter: $39 USD every 30 days, 30 successful drafts, a 3-day trial for eligible new shops. Growth: $59 every 30 days or $590 yearly, 150 drafts per 30-day service window. Pro: $129 every 30 days or $1,290 yearly, 500 drafts per 30-day service window.

Annual payment does not grant a full year of allowance at once. Allowance resets every 30 days from subscription start. Uploading and parsing do not consume allowance; successful draft creation does. There are no automatic overage charges. Plan changes require Shopify approval, and Shopify determines when replacement subscriptions take effect.

Troubleshooting

For unmatched items, sync the catalog and select the correct variant. Growth and Pro can save SKU aliases for repeat documents. For processing failures, check the file type and content, then retry with a readable document. Review every extracted field before creating a draft.
